Hi! My name is Haobin.
I am an art director and a graphic design & illustration specialist with 7+ years of working experience in the digital creative industry (fashion, beauty, fitness, etc.). I have worked for digital content publishers, tech startups and individual clients, with a focus on brand and general marketing (social media, editorial, lifecycle, etc.), art direction for photoshoots and events, and web & product design.
My experience and involvement in marketing campaigns of all sizes have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to successfully carry out every step of the creative process, from ideation to asset creation, creating design work that achieves business goal and adds value to the brand. Good communication and project management skills are essential for achieving this level of success, and it’s always been my priorities alongside creativity.
I believe that a well-structured and supported team can achieve twice the results with only half the effort—and that hugely comes from time and effort from the leadership. I find joy fostering creativity and all-roundedness within my team and providing support and mentorship to designers and interns, helping them reach their potential as well as contributing to the team’s collective growth and success.
Outside of work, I enjoy “city hiking” where I explore around the city streets and just immerse myself in the environment full of interesting small little details of life—it is such a great way to find inspiration and introduce myself with new perspectives.
